Develops models representing the baseline or "as is" business process. The models shall begin as high-level models and be progressively elaborated to finer levels of granularity. The amount of granularity required for the process diagram decomposition shall be to the level that identifies all know variances and steps in the business process. Will lead and coordinate data gathering efforts and work directly with multiple stakeholders and business process owners to gather the necessary information to map and define each process. Data gather methods will include but are not limited to interviews, group meetings, and electronic communications. Candidate should have twelve years experience of business process engineering across all phases of the SDLC, indentifying best practices, change management, business management techniques, data modelling and the use of the MEGA tool for Business Process Reengineering (BPR).
The ability to interact with co-workers and clients face to face and in meeting settings is required.
Education Requirements: Masters Degree in relevant field, or an additional 2 years experience.
