RELIABILITY ENGINEER

Baldor Electric a Member of the ABB Group, a leading manufacturer of industrial electric motors, power transmission products, drive and generators is seeking a Reliability Engineer for our Rogersville, TN facility.

This position provides mechanical and electrical engineering skills to the plants maintenance function.? Some of the responsibilities will include:

Provide high level troubleshooting support to maintenance technicians, perform hands-on mechanical and electrical work on complex manufacturing equipment as needed, analyze problematic equipment and design equipment improvements, develop and coordinate PPM and PdM activities and procedures, management of maintenance spares.

A Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field with a strong mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting complex mechanical systems a must.? Basic electrical circuit knowledge required.? 2+ years experience in a manufacturing environment with maintenance emphasis a plus.

Individual must be highly motivated with self initiative to identify and resolve problems.
