University Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering with minimum of at least(6) years experience as Field/Contract Supervisor or similar, with site supervision responsibilities. 4 -6 years supervising others is essential. Experience must relate to construction of proposed residential pre cast erection & commercial buildings, architectural detailing and finishing, site development, wastewater collection system, potable water distribution system, storm drainage system, and recreation centers, landscaping, concrete & steel water storage tanks, knowledgeable of mechanical and electrical services. He should have experience in using the computer tools for work including presentation, and ability to effectively communicate to upper management and the client, both oral and written, regarding progress and issues related to assigned contracts. Previous overseas experience is desirable.
